  • You have a confirmed aggressive pituitary tumor (one that has grown quickly, spread, or not responded to other treatments) or pituitary carcinoma (a cancerous pituitary tumor that has spread).
  • You have already been treated with the chemotherapy drug temozolomide for this condition.
  • You have imaging scans (like MRI) from before and after your temozolomide treatment, so the doctors can measure how the tumor responded.
  • You started temozolomide within the study period being looked at.
