- Your stroke severity score is between 7 and 25 (NIHSS 6 < NIHSS ≤ 25)
- Your brain scan score is at least 6 (ASPECT score ≥6)
- You can sign consent and likely participate in treatment and follow-up
- You are not pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding
