Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old and can give written consent.
  • Your cancer is EBV-positive nasopharyngeal cancer confirmed by a specific lab test (Eber-fish).
  • You have at least one measurable tumor area on scans, and you’re expected to live at least 3 months.
  • Your prior treatments have not worked (recurrent or metastatic after at least second-line systemic therapy).
  • You must be well enough to tolerate treatment (fitness score ECOG 0–2) and prior treatment side effects should be mild (below grade 1).
  • You need a way to collect your blood cells (apheresis or venous access).
