Who can take part

  • Your diagnosis must be a diffuse glioma (WHO grade 2 to 4) confirmed by a lab
  • Your tumor must have an IDH1 or IDH2 mutation (from a specific test or prior record)
  • Your cancer must be back after prior treatment (like radiation, chemotherapy, or vorasidenib)
  • You must be age 15 or older and able to do daily activities reasonably well (Karnofsky score over 70)
  • You must be well enough for treatment based on blood counts, liver/kidney tests, and heart rhythm test (ECG)
  • You must have no too-recent cancer relapses for Phase II, and you must not have had certain recent treatments or procedures
