Who can take part
- You must have a solid tumor that cannot be surgically removed or has spread, and standard treatments are no longer working or are not tolerable.
- You should not have had more than three prior cancer treatments (for the first part of the study, no more than one prior treatment for some groups).
- For the first phase, your tumor type must be one of: high mutation burden (TMB-H), MSI-H/dMMR, a virus-related tumor, or a type considered highly responsive to immunotherapy (like melanoma or kidney cancer).
- If you had brain metastases, they must have been treated, not causing symptoms for at least 14 days, and you must not be on strong steroids or other treatments for them.
- If you previously had immunotherapy, any side effects must have resolved, except for hormone-related issues controlled with replacement therapy.
- You cannot have an active autoimmune disease beyond certain exceptions, no major surgery or unhealed wounds, and no serious heart, lung, or digestive conditions.
