Sequencing test to guide care after CD19 CAR T in kids

Who can take part

  • Be between 1 and 25 years old when you get CD19 CAR T.
  • Have CD19-positive B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) and a usable NGS test result (a specific DNA pattern) for monitoring.
  • You received your first CD19 CAR T with a 4-1BB design within 42 days before starting the study.
  • Within 42 days after CAR T, bone marrow tests must show complete remission by standard tests and be MRD-negative on either flow or NGS tracking.
  • Have B-cell aplasia after CAR T for at least 42 days (very low B cells in the blood).
  • You must have an identified donor for an allogeneic bone marrow transplant, and be able to complete required study tests and consent.
