UCD19 CAR T for adult ALL with MRD in remission

Who can take part
- Be 18 or older and able to do daily activities at least fairly well (ECOG 0–2).
- Have confirmed B-cell ALL in first complete remission, with less than 5% blasts on blood/bone marrow testing.
- Have MRD positivity in remission (cancer still detectable at very low levels), with timing rules after standard chemotherapy.
- No prior CAR T treatment; no active or growing leukemia signs or mixed leukemia types (like mixed phenotype acute leukemia or Burkitt lymphoma).
- Be healthy enough for treatment: stable recovery from prior side effects (no worse than Grade 2), adequate blood counts, and organ tests within required limits (kidney, liver, oxygen/lung, and heart).
- Be able to safely donate cells for CAR T (apheresis): CD3 count above the required level and no uncontrolled infection or certain serious hepatitis/HIV history.
- If you can get pregnant or can father a child: agree to effective birth control starting now and for 12 months after the CAR T infusion.
