- Your TB test shows TB (by culture or a molecular test).
- Your HIV test is positive (or you have a known HIV positive history).

- You start a TB regimen that includes bedaquiline within 4 weeks of enrolling—and this is your first time using bedaquiline.
- You are already taking HIV treatment that includes dolutegravir, or you can start it within 4 weeks of enrolling.
