This early-phase study tests a lab-made treatment using your own immune cells (T cells) to target HPV-related throat cancers. It aims to reduce cancer by directing your immune system against HPV16/HPV18 and a protein called survivin.

Who can take part
- Your cancer must be a HPV-related oropharyngeal (throat) cancer with HPV16 and/or HPV18 confirmed
- You must have already tried at least one standard treatment, such as chemotherapy and/or immunotherapy
- Your blood must match a specific immune marker: HLA-A*02:01 (the study checks this, or uses past results)
- Your scans must show at least one measurable tumor spot you can track over time
- Your body must be strong enough for treatment (breathing oxygen ≥92% on room air, ECOG 0–1, life expectancy ≥3 months)
- You must meet key blood/organ health limits (enough blood counts and acceptable kidney, liver, and clotting test results)
