Who can take part

  • You’re an adult (18 or older) and weigh at least 45 kg (about 99 lb).
  • Your PNH diagnosis is confirmed by a specialized blood test (flow cytometry) showing a PNH clone size of 10% or more.
  • You have ongoing hemolysis and recent anemia (hemoglobin 10.5 g/dL or less).
  • You’ve had at least 1 red blood cell transfusion within the last 12 months, and your LDH blood test is elevated (1.5× the lab upper limit).
  • You’re currently being treated with Soliris, and you can get meningitis vaccines (MenACWY and MenB) before starting the study drug.
  • You can sign the consent form and follow the study visit schedule; you’re not pregnant (and you can follow required birth control rules if applicable).
