Who can take part
- You’re an adult age 18 to 80 with relapsed or treatment-resistant B-ALL or B-NHL
- Your cancer cells test positive for CD19 on a lab test (flow cytometry or tissue staining)
- Your illness has come back after certain prior treatments (including possible past transplant) or was not responding
- You must be well enough to join the study (able to understand and sign consent, and with no major uncontrolled infections or breathing/liver/kidney/heart problems)
- If you can become pregnant: you must have a negative pregnancy test and use effective birth control; no pregnancy or breastfeeding during the study
- You must not have had certain recent medicines or procedures that could interfere with collecting and making the CAR T cells
