Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older
- Your health status score (ECOG) must be 0 or 1 (able to do most daily activities)
- You must have multiple myeloma that is proven to be getting worse, and specifically have the t(4;14) change confirmed by a specialized test (FISH) on a fresh tumor biopsy
- You must have measurable myeloma (for example, abnormal blood or urine protein levels or high bone marrow plasma cell percentage)
- You must have had prior multiple myeloma treatment, typically 1 to 3 prior treatment “lines” (and at least 2 for certain combination groups)
- You may need to agree to an extra safety program (REMS) if you are assigned to the pomalidomide group
