Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have had one or two prior treatments for multiple myeloma, and your cancer must have gotten worse during or after your last treatment.
  • You must have already been treated with lenalidomide and a type of immunotherapy called anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody.
  • You must have measurable signs of the disease in your blood, urine, or free light chain levels.
  • You must not have had a stem cell transplant from another person, or an autologous (your own) stem cell transplant within the last 12 weeks.
  • You must be in generally good health, with no uncontrolled infections or major heart problems, and meet specific blood count and organ function levels.
  • You must follow strict pregnancy prevention rules if you or your partner can become pregnant.
