Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older.
- You survived (were successfully resuscitated from) a cardiac arrest caused by ventricular fibrillation or sustained fast ventricular tachycardia.
- Your doctors diagnosed variant angina from evidence of a coronary (heart blood vessel) spasm on tests.
- You do NOT have major (more than 50%) blockage in the heart arteries on angiogram testing.
- You have not previously had a pacemaker or an implantable defibrillator, and you have not had prior catheter ablation for a dangerous rhythm.
- You do not have certain heart muscle/electrical conditions, severe heart failure symptoms (NYHA class III/IV), or a limited life expectancy (less than 2 years).
