Who can take part
- You (or your child) had a stem cell transplant from another person (allo-HCT)
- You are age 4 or older
- You have oral GVHD in the mouth with a moderate-to-severe score (OMRS) of 3 or higher
- Your oral GVHD has not responded to at least one prior treatment, including steroid mouth treatments
- You have not changed your whole-body (systemic) immune-suppressing medicine type or dose in the last 2 weeks
- If you use any other mouth treatments, your dose and schedule have been stable for at least 2 weeks
