Who can take part

  • You are having a one-level TLIF back surgery for lumbar stenosis and spondylolisthesis
  • You’ve tried non-surgical treatments for at least 6 weeks and they didn’t work
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old at the time of surgery
  • This will be your first lumbar fusion surgery (no prior spinal fusion in your low back)
  • Your surgery is not needed because of infection, tumor, or trauma
  • You are not pregnant
