Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have advanced cancer that has spread to the brain and is actively growing on an MRI.
  • Your brain metastases are measurable (about 0.5–3 cm), and you do not have major brain nerve symptoms that are untreated.
  • You have had at least one prior cancer treatment that targeted your cancer.
  • You can have an MRI (you’re not unsafe with MRI contrast, and you can lie still); you also have a brain MRI with contrast capability.
  • You have enough blood counts and organ function on recent lab tests.
