Who can take part
- You have new-onset nephrotic syndrome with no known secondary cause
- Kidney filtering function is high enough (eGFR at least 90 at enrollment)
- Your urine does not show significant blood (red blood cells) repeatedly
- Your blood complements are not very low (not continuous low complement)
- You do not have uncontrolled high blood pressure for your child’s age/size
- You have no major infection, immune deficiency, or hepatitis/HIV problems
