Who can take part

  • You have new-onset nephrotic syndrome with no known secondary cause
  • Kidney filtering function is high enough (eGFR at least 90 at enrollment)
  • Your urine does not show significant blood (red blood cells) repeatedly
  • Your blood complements are not very low (not continuous low complement)
  • You do not have uncontrolled high blood pressure for your child’s age/size
  • You have no major infection, immune deficiency, or hepatitis/HIV problems
