Who can take part

  • You have advanced cancer that can’t be fully removed or has spread, and it has grown after standard treatment
  • Your tumor must have a specific CCNE-1 amplification gene change (for certain breast, ovarian, or other solid tumors)
  • You were treated with a CDK4/6 inhibitor before (for the breast cancer group) and your cancer still progressed
  • You have at least one measurable spot on scans that has not been treated with radiation before
  • Your general health is good enough for study treatment (ECOG 0 or 1)
  • Your bloodwork and organ function are adequate (including certain minimum blood counts and kidney/liver test levels)
