Who can take part
- You are age 18 to under 80, and you can sign informed consent and follow study rules
- You have confirmed relapsed or refractory AML or NHL, and standard treatment is not available or not a good option for you
- Your disease must match specific subtype and treatment history (for example, certain NHL types need 2+ prior treatments)
- Your scans or labs must show measurable lymphoma (for NHL) or enough bone marrow leukemia cells (for AML)
- Your body function tests (blood counts, liver and kidney tests) and heart health must be within allowed ranges
- If you can become pregnant or have a partner who can, you must use strict birth control and not be pregnant or breastfeeding
