FUS and etoposide treatment for midline brain tumors

Who can take part
- You are between 4 and 21 years old
- Your tumor is a diffuse midline glioma in the pons and/or thalamus, or your tumor testing shows an H3K27M mutation
- Your cancer has started to progress (get worse) by scans and/or symptoms
- Your energy level is fairly good: at least 60 (Lansky if age 16 or younger, Karnofsky if older)
- Your blood counts and organ tests are in safe ranges (bone marrow, kidneys, liver)
- You have recovered from earlier cancer treatments and can stay on stable steroid and seizure-medicine doses for at least 1 week
