Who can take part
- Age 4 years or older
- Confirmed diagnosis of a specific brainstem tumor type (H3K27-altered diffuse midline glioma) with pathology or genetic testing
- Tumor mainly located in the brainstem (some extension to nearby areas is allowed)
- Good enough physical health to participate (performance score of 60 or higher)
- Completed standard chemotherapy and radiation therapy without severe side effects, or side effects have improved to mild
- Able to attend all study visits and receive the ultrasound procedure within 4–12 weeks after radiation
