Who can take part

  • You must be receiving care at San Raffaele’s Internal Medicine department (inpatient, outpatient, or day hospital)
  • You must have at least one suspected or confirmed condition such as an immune, respiratory, metabolic, sepsis, rare, pregnancy-related condition, or frailty
  • For frailty, you must meet one of these: at least two serious categories on CIRS, or a Karnofsky score of 70% or less
  • You must be willing to participate (no refusal)
  • You cannot be enrolled in another interventional (treatment-testing) study at the same time
