Who can take part
- You must be receiving care at San Raffaele’s Internal Medicine department (inpatient, outpatient, or day hospital)
- You must have at least one suspected or confirmed condition such as an immune, respiratory, metabolic, sepsis, rare, pregnancy-related condition, or frailty
- For frailty, you must meet one of these: at least two serious categories on CIRS, or a Karnofsky score of 70% or less
- You must be willing to participate (no refusal)
- You cannot be enrolled in another interventional (treatment-testing) study at the same time
