Who can take part
- You’re 18 to 70 years old and you can sign consent to join
- Your TBI happened more than 6 months ago but less than 25 years ago
- You still have ongoing post-concussion symptoms (a symptom questionnaire score above a set threshold)
- Your overall recovery level fits a specific range on a functioning/recovery scale (GOSE 5–7)
- You can safely take pills by mouth, complete a 4-week treatment period, and do one MRI scan with tasks during it
- You have no major vision/hearing limits that would prevent testing
