Who can take part
- Age: 6 months to 39 years old
- Have one of these cancers: high-risk ALL, AML in specific risk/remission states, JMML (with specific genetic situations), CML in blast crisis remission status, high-risk MDS, or Hodgkin/Non-Hodgkin lymphoma in certain response stages
- Be getting a stem cell transplant from a compatible donor (matched sibling, matched unrelated, or a partly matched related donor)
- Be healthy enough for transplant tests: heart, lung, kidney, and liver function must meet set limits
- No uncontrolled infection, and no recent transplant within 6 months (unless this is a booster)
- Cannot have active moderate-or-worse graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) or be unable/willing to prevent pregnancy
