Who can take part

  • You’re between 18 and 75 years old
  • Your lung cancer is non-small cell lung cancer and has an EGFR mutation (exon 19 deletion or exon 21 L858R)
  • You have brain metastases that are mostly not causing major symptoms (headache/nausea/seizures controlled with stable medicines for at least 3 days)
  • Brain MRI shows 1–10 brain or brainstem lesions that can be measured, and you can have an MRI scan
  • You have not had previous EGFR medicines (EGFR-TKI), and you haven’t had other study drugs or certain brain radiation recently
