Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older, and can join as a male or female
  • Your Cushing’s syndrome is ACTH-dependent and currently active (or became active within 10 days)
  • If you’re taking certain Cushing’s medicines, you must stop them for a required washout time (about 5–14 days depending on the drug)
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You do not have a prior surgery that removed both adrenal glands (bilateral adrenalectomy)
  • You do not have certain brain MRI findings near the optic nerve or have other listed health issues (like known cancer)
