Who can take part
- You are still unconscious after an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest
- The arrest was likely from the heart, not from an obvious external cause
- Return of circulation (ROSC) happened, and it was within 60 minutes
- You were on continuous blood-pressure medicine (norepinephrine or epinephrine) for at least 30 minutes to keep blood pressure up
- The study will be able to start within 6 hours after ROSC
