- You are between 10 and 19 years old
- You have been diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis by a doctor
- You can read and understand Turkish
- You have not had spinal surgery
- You do not have a neurological, rheumatological, cardiovascular, or psychiatric condition that would prevent participation
