Who can take part

  • You are between 22 and 85 years old.
  • You speak English (Spanish-only may be available at some sites).
  • You have a history of non-permanent atrial fibrillation (not “permanent” AF or a heart valve–related AF).
  • You take a DOAC blood thinner now and are willing to stay on it during the study.
  • You can wear a smartwatch about 14 hours a day and have cell service most of the time.
  • You are willing to stop the DOAC if the study requires it and can consent to participate.
