Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You were diagnosed with non-valvular AF within the last 12 months.
- You are not taking oral anticoagulants (blood thinners) or you have taken them for less than 90 days.
- You have an AF specialist visit scheduled in 7 to 30 days.
- Your AF is not related to a mechanical heart valve or certain types of mitral valve disease.
