Who can take part
- You must choose to join and sign informed consent
- You have non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by tumor sampling, and you have not had anti-cancer treatment yet
- Your cancer is a certain advanced type (IIIB–IVA) with a limited number of metastases, and the team feels surgery to remove the main tumor could become possible after initial chemotherapy
- You need at least one scan-measurable tumor spot, and heart/lung function must be strong enough for major surgery if needed
- Your blood counts, liver/kidney tests, and other lab results must be within required ranges
- You must not have specific gene changes (like EGFR mutations or ALK rearrangements), prior PD-1/PD-L1/CTLA4 immune therapy, or several other medical conditions (such as active infections or autoimmune disease)
