Vaccine study for high-risk smoldering or myeloma

Who can take part

  • You must be age 18 or older and able to sign informed consent.
  • Your test must show a specific RAS gene change (KRAS or NRAS at codon 12 or 13).
  • You must have either high-risk smoldering multiple myeloma (SMM) or multiple myeloma (MM) with measurable disease.
  • For high-risk SMM, your screening blood/bone-marrow results must meet at least 2 of these: high M-protein, a high light-chain ratio, and/or high bone-marrow plasma cells.
  • If you had a stem cell transplant, you must be at least 3 months past it and have tried lenalidomide maintenance for at least 2 cycles (in certain situations).
