- Your injury was found as blunt cerebrovascular injury using a CTA scan
- You are not pregnant
- You can take aspirin through a feeding tube or other enteral route
- You are not already on a heparin drip or full-dose blood thinner
- You are not taking another anti-platelet medicine besides aspirin
