Who can take part
- You are between 40 and 80 years old
- You had a minor ischemic stroke: mild symptoms (NIHSS 5 or less) and vision/language/one arm or leg are largely okay
- It has been 4.5 hours or less since your last known normal time
- A brain CT/scan does not show bleeding, and a CTA scan does not show a large blocked artery
- You were doing well before the stroke (mRS 0 to 1)
- You can sign consent
