Who can take part
- You have one of these cancers: AML, ALL, a related acute leukemia, MDS/MPD (except myelofibrosis), certain high-risk non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or BPDCN—based on specific remission rules.
- Your disease must be in first or later remission (CR1 or CR2+), with specific “high-risk” features, or in remission but still showing abnormal test signals.
- You must have good enough body strength and organ function (heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, and nutrition) to safely tolerate transplant.
- Your transplant plan requires two cord blood units that match you at least 3 out of 8 HLA types and meet minimum cell dose requirements.
- You must not have certain exclusions, such as active uncontrolled infection, HIV, HTLV-1, pregnancy/breastfeeding, or prior certain transplants/treatments in the last set time windows.
- You must be able to give informed consent and follow required visits, supportive care, and long-term follow-up.
