Personalized PSMA radiotherapy for advanced PSMA-positive cancer

Who can take part

  • You are an adult (over 18) and able to give informed consent.
  • Your cancer is inoperable or has spread, and it shows strong PSMA on a recent PET scan (at least one spot is brighter than the liver within 3 months).
  • Your cancer has been growing or progressing within the last 3 months, and you have not started a new cancer treatment since then (except limited palliative radiation for small amounts).
  • Your blood counts are high enough for treatment: platelets at least 50 (×10^6/L) and neutrophils at least 1.0 (×10^6/L).
  • You do not have uncontrolled brain metastases that could cause complications, and you are not expected to have a very short prognosis (about 3 months or less).
