Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You had a stroke caused by a blockage in a very small brain artery, seen on an MRI scan.
- The stroke happened within the last 4.5 hours (or if the exact time is unknown, the last time you were seen well was within 4.5 hours).
- You had no major disability before this stroke (able to do daily activities without help).
- Your stroke symptoms are mild (score of 5 or less on a stroke severity test).
