Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older and able to read, understand, and sign the consent form
  • Have advanced squamous cell cancer that fits the study’s cancer types and stage (or has specific prior treatments)
  • Your cancer must have at least one measurable spot on scans
  • Be able and willing to do a fresh tumor biopsy before starting the study
  • Have overall health good enough for treatment (including “ECOG” status 0 to 1 and adequate organ function)
  • Be able to use strong birth control and not be pregnant or breastfeeding (for the required sex at birth rules)
