Who can take part

  • You must weigh at least 88 pounds (40 kg).
  • Your cancer must be advanced or metastatic and have the HER3 protein, and you have tried standard treatments or cannot take them.
  • You need to be willing to give a fresh tumor sample if your prior HER3 test results are not available.
  • You should be able to do daily activities with some help (ECOG performance status 0-2).
  • You must agree to use effective contraception during and for 6 months after treatment, if applicable.
  • You cannot have had certain cancer treatments within the last 3 weeks, or certain medications that affect liver enzymes.
