Who can take part

  • You’re between 65 and 85 years old
  • Your thinking/memory screening score (MMSE) is 24 or higher
  • Your mood and daily functioning screening score (GDS) is 11 or lower
  • You’ve had at least 5 years of education
  • You do not have dementia or other major pre-existing language/thinking problems (like aphasia or neglect)
  • You don’t have serious psychiatric or other neurologic conditions that could affect testing, or physical/sensory problems that make the training hard
