Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease
  • You have DBS leads placed in both sides of the brain in the STN or GP areas
  • You are at least 3 months past your DBS lead implantation surgery
  • You are between 18 and 85 years old
  • You had a special 7T brain MRI before surgery and a CT scan after surgery (standard of care)
  • You can do a walking test when your Parkinson’s meds and stimulation are turned off, with safety equipment if needed
