  • You are between 50 and 70 years old.
  • You have typical Parkinson's disease and have had it for less than 20 years.
  • You are planning to get a specific brand of DBS device (G106R or G106RS) for brain surgery.
  • Your thinking and memory are fairly good (no severe dementia).
  • You can see and hear well enough to follow instructions and complete tasks.
