Who can take part
- You have stage IV or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer (and it can’t be treated with standard combined “curative” treatments).
- Your tumor tests show ALK rearrangement using one of several test types (FISH, IHC, tissue NGS, or ctDNA testing).
- You are currently taking an ALK targeted drug (crizotinib, ceritinib, alectinib, brigatinib, or lorlatinib) and your disease has been stable for at least 4 months.
- Tests do not show the specific ALK resistance changes that this vaccine is meant to target.
- Your general health allows most daily activity (ECOG performance status 0–1), and you are at least 18 years old.
- You have not had certain recent treatments (chemotherapy within 14 days, or immune therapy within 28 days) and you are not on strong immune-suppressing medicines (like chronic systemic steroids).
