Who can take part
- Be between 3 and 18 years old
- Have a confirmed diagnosis of HSP (Henoch-Schönlein purpura) with digestive (gut) symptoms
- Have “refractory” gut HSP—your symptoms did not respond to IV steroid treatment, or came back when steroids were being lowered
- A parent/guardian agrees to the study and signs consent
- Have no known allergy to mycophenolate mofetil (MMF)
