Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have biopsy-proven IgA nephropathy (a kidney disease).
- You must have persistent protein in your urine (more than 1 gram per day) despite at least 6 months of standard treatment.
- Your kidney function must be at least 30% of normal (eGFR ≥30 mL/min/1.73m²).
- You cannot be on dialysis or have had a kidney transplant.
- You cannot have diabetes with kidney damage or any other cause of proteinuria.
- You cannot have an active infection or significant liver disease.
- You cannot be pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
