Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older.
  • Have depression or a related mood condition that has lasted at least 5 years.
  • Have tried several appropriate treatments without enough improvement (or currently use/needed ECT, esketamine/ketamine, or TMS before).
  • If you can get pregnant, use reliable birth control during the entire study.
  • Agree to join the study and sign written consent after understanding the study.
  • Be able to attend all study visits and procedures; you must not have conditions that make participation or consent difficult.
