Who can take part

  • You are an adult (18 to 80 years old).
  • You have advanced solid cancer (metastatic or progressing) confirmed by biopsy or body-fluid test, with no effective standard treatment option.
  • Your overall condition score is ECOG 0–2 (you can do most daily activities).
  • You have labs that meet key safety thresholds (blood counts, liver/kidney function, and heart rhythm/QT measurements).
  • You can have a reliable tumor assessment (tumor visible on scans or certain tumor marker blood tests) and you’re expected to live at least 3 months.
  • If you can become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and agree to effective birth control during the study and for 90 days after the last ILB-2109 dose.
