Who can take part

  • You’re 18 to 75 years old, and your expected survival is at least 3 months
  • You have a confirmed advanced or metastatic solid tumor (like non-small cell lung cancer or nasopharyngeal cancer)
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans (per RECIST 1.1) and you can share tumor tissue
  • You’re well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0–1) and any side effects from prior treatment are mild (back to grade 1 or less)
  • Your heart function is acceptable (left heart pumping strength, called ejection fraction, is at least 50%)
  • Your blood tests and organ health meet study limits, including acceptable clotting tests and kidney/urine protein limits
