Who can take part

  • You must carry a BAP1 gene mutation.
  • You must have a very early-stage mesothelioma (or another early-stage BAP1-related cancer) found before symptoms, not yet needing standard treatment.
  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must be willing to have two minimally invasive procedures (thoracoscopy or laparoscopy) to assess the disease before and after treatment.
  • You must have adequate organ function (heart, lungs, kidneys, liver) and be otherwise in reasonably good health.
  • You must be willing to use effective contraception during and shortly after treatment.
